Our tour starts at 0900 and we keep an eye out for the dolphins and try to find a quiet spot. Of course, we usually have the opportunity to get into the water to the dolphins.
Afterwards we drive to our snorkeling spot in front of Le Morne or at La Preneuse to observe the coral fish extensively. On the way to the Benitiers island we pass the Crystal Rock before we go ashore.
The table is set and we start our homemade BBQ with chicken, fish, sausage, salad and baguettes. Cool drinks and wine on request are served of course.
